Bluebelle or as we call her "Belle", comes to us as an owner surrender. She is a super shy girl who can be a litte hesitant of people. She is great with dogs and cats but would probably be scared of kids. Bluebelle is potty pad trained, and has been eating and drinking great! She learned the stairs up on to the bed and the couch real fast. She is seeming to have some sort of guard dog tendencies and will start howling at unwanted noises and sounds. She is super sweet and loves to be held and snuggled. She is such a little fighter. Bluebelle went in for a routine exam with our vet and ended up in emergency surgery. She had a sever abdominal hernia that resulted in her intestines coming through and twisting. Thankfully her surgery went great and they were also able to do her spay and dental. She is recovering wonderfully and ready to find a forever home! Dachshund experience preferred but not required!
