Welcome Cheyenne and Marietta to NTASR!!!
These two girls were dumped on the highway in Oklahoma. Thankfully a volunteer dropped everything and jumped in their car to go get them to make sure they were safe!
Right now we assume they are roughly 4 month old litter mates, and are about 15-20lbs (Marietta is a little bit bigger). They have a couple puppy teeth left. They are sweet as can be and get along, so far, with cats, kids, and all dogs. They are learning potty training pretty fast but don’t like being left alone. The doggy door has been no issue for them! They like to snuggle and bark at their reflections, and even enjoy a car ride!! These babies are goofy and loving and we are so thankful they made their way to rescue alive!
In regards to their breed, between Cheyenne’s doodle hair and Marietta’s super long snout, we see poodle, collie, maybe some sheltie, and of course aussie!!! They are long and tall with super long tails! Cheyenne has wirey shaggy hair and Marietta is soft and luscious like an aussie. Even though we are pretty confident they are litter mates, we would love to DNA test both of them. If you would like to sponsor their DNA test please message us!
Cheyenne is available for foster or foster to adopt only right now while she finishes her vetting!
