Chloe came to us as an owner surrender all the way from Ohio after she was being mistreated. We immediately got her to TX to start getting the love and care she needed. Chloe needs a family who is going to be patient with her who understands the need for decompression. She is scared of everything including her shadow and needs someone who is going to help her trust and build confidence on her own terms. She should not be in apartments or around young kids. She startles easily and would prefer a calmer quiet home that is less busy. Chloe has so much love to give and is just waiting for the right owners to come along and show her that not all people are bad.
