Dori comes to us as an owner surrender. She is super smart and will look to her people for direction! Her recall skills are amazing and she is always up for snuggles at the end of the day. She would make a wonderful companion for someone looking to add a little spice to their days. Dori is so eager to please and would enjoy agilist, running, or dock diving. She can easily clear a 4 foot fence and will need a 6 foot fence at minimum. No apartments for this girl. She likes to be a little bossy with new comers so introductions should be done properly, slowly, and on a leash in a neutral environment. 
 
Dori can be posessive of food and her kennel with other animals. She should meet other dogs in the home prior to starting a home trial. It would for her to go to a home with someone who has experience with resource guarding and can continue to help Dori learn boundaries. She should not be with cats or kids. She is completely house broken and enjoys the crate. She can have stranger danger at first and will need patience while she adjusts to her new life.
