Welcome EZRA to NTASR! 
Ezra has a story that we are so thrilled to be a part of! 
This precious boy was found in South Texas by a good samaritan who noticed him and his brother wondering in the area near their home. After trying their absolute best to locate owners, we were contacted by not one, two, or three, but FIVE Texas based organizations and asked if we could help.  Of course we said yes!!!! Ezra was the first pup to be brought into safety while local rescuers tried to locate his seeing eye brother who was still outside in the cold and rain. Unfortunately we were notified by a local resident that Ezra's brother had been hit by a car and killed.
After about a week with a foster in Sugarland, Ezra hopped a series of volunteer flight and made his way to one of our partner boarding facilies in DFW where he has been enjoying must deserved love and being a spoiled puppy. 
Ezra is a BLIND, 11 month,  Double Merle Australian Shepherd who LOVES everyone and everything. Sweet Ezra is currently awaiting his neuter appointment later this week, but will be looking for a couch to hang out on just in time for Christmas! He hasnt met a stranger and would be wonderful with kids, cats, and dogs. He is fast and loves to run and jump and play. He will need a house with a yard and a 4 foot fence! Ezra does need a companion to help guide him, so we would prefer for his forever home to have at least one other pet or a family member that is home more often than not. He will need an owner who doesn't mind a true velcro aussie that is constantly seeking affection and wanting to be near them at all times.
