Welcome Frodo to NTASR! 
Frodo is 6 months old and his momma was a border collie and daddy was an aussie. He comes to us as an owner surrender. He’s got half a tail but enough to wag it when he’s happy. He was absolutely petrified when he first came in, and hid behind the toilet. He is now going for walks and playing with his foster siblings!!
Frodo absolutely needs another playful well socialized dog in the home to bond to and learn from. He is still working on his confidence every day. His nose is super raw, from what we assume would be him trying to get out of a kennel in his past life. He is finally starting to seek out affection. We are so proud of how far this boy has come in such little time! He would be fine with cats and kids!!
