Meet Hooey: The Unstoppable Aussie with a Heart of Gold!
 
Hooey's journey has been nothing short of incredible. He was found in the middle of the road with his buddy Lasso, facing the world with one eye, a snake bite under his chin, and a body covered in flea bites. Despite all of this, Hooey's resilient spirit has never wavered. He’s a true fighter, and with some TLC—including iodine baths and medication—he's made remarkable strides in his healing. 
 
Now, Hooey is discovering a new world where he can hear some pitches and is thriving! His fun-loving personality shines through every challenge. He has lots of energy and gets along wonderfully with dogs of all ages and genders. He's also a big fan of kids, making him a great companion for a lively family. Hooey has zero aggression and is always up for playtime, though he’s learning not to jump up with the help of hand signals.
 
One of Hooey’s favorite places is his crate—he’s crate trained with no accidents and eagerly hops in as soon as you point to it. He’s also figuring out his bark and likes to be close to you, especially when he hears calming dog sleep music on YouTube. This special boy has a heart full of love and will be a perfect addition to an active home.
