Jo is a playful pup who loves running around with his foster friends. His foster parents have been working on his confidence as he wants to approach and trust people but he is still unsure. Jo will happily get within arms reach and give endless kisses but getting any closer, Jo will bolt in uncertainty or will freeze. As Jo’s foster parents work through his stress and anxiety, they have found him to be extremely loving who would rather be out running around the house with his friends verses alone in a kennel. Because Jo wants to be involved, he will often bark in his kennel and be extremely excited for that door to open. That being said, Jo needs an owner who will be patient with his building of trust towards humans as well as being in a home rather than apartment because he is on the louder side in a kennel. A home with other dog friends will likely do him justice as he can be shown that people can be loving.
