Louie comes to us as an owner surrender. He is a happy, playful, loving little boy. Louie loves other dogs and kids and would be fine with cats. He is good in his crate but would really prefer someone who is home more often than not as he loves attention. His number one place to be is on the couch or in bed snuggling you.
