Let's give Red a big NTASR welcome!
This pint sized boy came to us when his family realized he needed more than they could provide for him. Red is a 2 year old Mini Aussie who LOVES to give kisses and chase the ball.
Red is current on all vaccinations, neutered, microchipped, and Heartworm Negative. He's kennel / House Trained, but can be trusted to be out while his family is out of the home.
This is what his foster mom has to say about him:
" Red is a wonderful little guy who is so deserving of a family to call his own. When I first met him, Red was a little standoffish. He didn't want to interact with anyone, but warmed up quickly to my husband and I. I've taken him to work with me and outside of the normal "new person, new situation" barking, he's a typical Aussie. Red loves to snuggle in bed, run after and play with the other dogs, and bark at squirrels that are taunting him from the big tree in our back yard. "
We would love to see Red in a home with a family that will continue to socialize him with new people, animals, and experiences. Red could be an only pup or have a companion animal, he's not really picky. He does LOVE Crunchy O's and is working on his agility weave polls in the back yard. Red would do best in a home with children 10 years and older. We don't know how he would be with cats or livestock and feel that it would be in his best interest to have a yard with at least a 6 foot fence.
