Welcome Rowdy to NTASR!
Rowdy was an owner surrender that came to us right before his owner was going to drop him off at the shelter. At only 9 months old, Rowdy found himself in a situation no puppy should be in. 
We stepped in with the help of a sweet transport volunteer and saved him from shelter life. When he came to us he was Crawling with fleas and ticks, hair matted, and covered in feces. His skin was so inflamed that we had to use prescription medication to get it under control. Now that he's all healed up, he's waiting for his grooming appointment next week. 
Beyond his fluffy hair and human eyes, Rowdy is a sweet boy who loves everyone and everything. Rowdy is a 9 month old Aussie Doodle, He's finishing up his vetting and in the meantime is looking for a couch to call his own. Rowdy is great with other dogs, kennel and house trained, friendly with children of all ages and loves cats as well. Rowdy rides well in the car, will chase balls but hasn't yet figured out he can bring them back to you, and would make a great option for a walking buddy.
Rowdy has asked that we find him a home with a family that will give him all the belly scratches and promise to always have snack on hand.
