Tonka is a lovable, 25-pound bundle of energy and affection looking for his forever family! This young Aussie mix was found as a stray in Arlington, but you’d never guess it—he’s confident, curious, and ready to be someone’s loyal sidekick.
 
Tonka is a velcro dog through and through. He loves to be close to his people, climb into laps, and snuggle like it's his full-time job. He’s also crate trained, potty trained, leash trained, and already knows how to use a doggie door—he figured it out in under five minutes!
 
True to his breed mix, Tonka is high energy and super smart. He’d thrive with an active person or family who can keep him physically and mentally engaged. Daily walks, playtime, and some basic training will keep him at his best. He’s picking up on commands like “sit” and “no” and would excel with continued guidance.
