Are you looking for your next Frisbee partner? Well, look no further. Meet Will.
He is a 3 year old Standard Red Tri Aussie weighing approximately 60 pounds. Will was adopted as a puppy from the rescue, but his family found themselves in a situation where they could no longer keep him.
Since being in foster care, Will has learned to play Frisbee with his Foster Dad and Aussie Foster Brother. He even jumps through the air to catch it. He gets along well with the other dogs and will do best in a house with another mid-energy dog like himself. He walks well on a leash. He will crate but prefers to be left in the open. He has been able to be trusted and shows no destructive tendencies.
He is a bit timid at first but warms up nicely to new people. His Foster Dad works from home and he prefers to be under his desk if possible.
Will does not like loud noises and will retreat to a “safe space” if needed. Will has been with children in his foster home (ages 5 and 7) and absolutely loved them as well. He would follow them from room to room and then settle in with his head resting on them for a nap on the couch. We do not know how Will is around cats as we do not have one in our home.
Whoever adopts this sweet boy should also go buy a lottery ticket because they have already won!
