Astro enjoys the company of other dogs after slow, respectful introductions.
 
This charming boy loves the simple joys in life — rolling in crunchy leaves, chasing squirrels in the backyard, and soaking up time with his people. He’s affectionate and cuddly when he wants closeness, but also confident and independent enough to entertain himself.
 
Astro has recently taken up clicker training with his foster family, and is proof that you can teach an old dog new tricks. Astro is currently working on watching the world go by rather than reacting to it through tricks like place, stay, and leave it.
