Welcome Auggie to NTASR!
Auggie comes to us after our President received a phone call about a young Aussie being found in the yard of young lady in Central Texas. Auggie showed up with a retractable leash attached to his collar and dragging behind him. We agreed to talk to the young lady that found him to see if we could help to reunite him with his family. After searching high and low, sadly his family couldn't be located. 
Auggie is an 10 month old Black Tri, Standard, Australian Shepherd who is just as cute, playful, goofy, and sweet as he can be and very eager to learn. His foster parents say that he is very well behaved and the easiest foster dog they have had to bathe thus far! Auggie would be fine with another dog or as an only dog. He can be a little nippy so no kids under 6 years please!! This boy is high energy and playful! He’ll need a big yard and lots of exercise. He is crate trained and house broken and all around a very good happy boy!
