Meet Clarendon 🩷
10 pounds of scruffy Corgi mix and a whole lot of puppy.
She's is one of the Funky Bunch, the little crew who came into NTASR with their mama, Ginny June, after they were picked up in South Dallas. Mom was raising her babies in a tough situation, so we brought the whole family into rescue. Now the Funky Bunch is growing up, and it's time for these little weirdos to find families of their own. 🥹
She's is an energetic, playful little girl who believes running, jumping, wrestling, and generally making things interesting are all important parts of puppy life.
She's also a total sweetheart. Once the zoomies are over, she's happy to curl up with her people and soak up some attention.
She's good with dogs, cats, and kids, walks on leash, and is crate trained. She's mostly puppy-pad trained and making progress with house training. Take her outside on a regular schedule and she's catching on quickly.
She's a little skittish around loud noises, so she'll do best with people who can give her a little patience and reassurance while she learns about the world.
Basically, Clarendon is part scruffy athlete, part professional snuggler, and part tiny chaos coordinator.
And at 10 pounds, she's pretty much the perfect size for all three jobs. 🩷🐾
