POV: Your dream dog is low-maintenance, slightly awkward, and has a permanent little 😛 face.
 
Glory is a 5-year-old, 31-pound Corgi who came to NTASR as part of a breeder surrender with seven other Corgis. She's still figuring out this whole "being someone's beloved pet" thing, and watching her confidence grow is pretty darn special.
 
She's definitely an introvert. Think "I'd like to observe for a minute" instead of "OMG HI BESTIE!" Give her a little time, and she'll quietly wander over for pets or settle nearby just to be close.
 
Glory enjoys short walks, naps, and politely making sure she's included if another dog is getting attention. Fair is fair.
 
Now... if treats are involved? Suddenly this girl is all confidence. Snacks are her love language, her hobby, and probably her life coach.
 
And we have to address the underbite.
 
Her little tongue sticks out almost 24/7, giving her a permanent blep that somehow makes her even cuter. Is she a little drooly? Sure. Is it part of her charm? Absolutely.
