Meet Ian 💙
Some dogs take a while to show you who they are. Ian isn't one of them.
 
He's smart, affectionate, and loves being part of whatever his people are doing. Whether that's heading out for a walk, exploring a new trail, hanging out in the backyard, or simply relaxing at home, Ian is happiest when he's with his favorite humans.
 
This handsome Border Collie/Aussie mix has the perfect balance of adventure buddy and couch companion. He enjoys staying active and would happily join you for walks, hikes, or weekend outings, but he also knows how to settle down and enjoy a quiet evening at home.
Ian already has all the basics mastered. He's crate trained, housetrained, walks nicely on leash, and has excellent recall. He's eager to learn, loves treats, and truly enjoys working with his people.
One of Ian's best qualities is how connected he is to his humans. He pays attention, checks in often, and forms strong bonds with the people he loves. He's the kind of dog who wants to be part of the family—not just live in the house.
 
Ian gets along well with other dogs and would do best in a home with older children. He's looking for a family that will appreciate both his intelligence and his affectionate nature. He LOVES TO play!! Because of this cats aren't recommended.
