Welcome Kato to NTASR!!
Kato comes to us as an owner surrender when his family could no longer take care of him. He is a tiny little toy aussie with the cutest personality. At 5 years old you might think he is actually younger in person as he loves his ball and is always down for a game of fetch!
Kato is only 12 lbs and is kennel trained. He is still working on potty training as his previous life was only outside so we’re working on breaking some bad habits. Kato’s favorite spot is right on your chest when you’re in bed ready to go to sleep. He gets along great with dogs and cats but would also be fine as an only dog getting all the attention for himself. He would be fine in an apartment as well. According to Kato’s previous owner he does not get along with kids, as he gets nippy and aggressive when he’s had enough. Because of this Kato will need a kid free home!
