Kent came to us looking… less like a designer doodle and more like a forgotten mop 🫣 — found as a severely matted stray alongside his buddy Roy. But underneath all that mess? A stunning blue merle coat and one very charming little gentleman.
 
Now that he’s cleaned up and feeling better, Kent’s true personality is shining: polite, affectionate, and just the right amount of goofy.
 
Kent is the kind of dog who:

He’s wonderfully well-mannered for a young dog — not destructive, not chaotic, just a sweet companion who wants to be part of your day. Kent loves squeaky toys (and proudly collects them into a little pile), follows his person from room to room, and is happiest snuggled nearby or lounging on the couch after playtime.
 
He’s gentle with kids, respectful of cats, and does well with other dogs. With his food motivation and eagerness to please, continued training and confidence-building should come easily — this boy truly wants to understand the rules and make you proud.
Kent survived life on the streets. Now he’s ready for soft beds, snacks, and compliments about his hair.
