Libby Sue is a 9-year-old Aussie/Border Collie mix who came into rescue after her family moved into a senior living community that couldn’t accommodate her. Imagine spending almost a decade in one home… knowing the rhythms, the routines, the sounds of “your people”… and then suddenly everything changes.
And yet — she is nothing but grace.
Libby is fully vetted, potty trained, housetrained, and walks beautifully on leash. She’s gentle, affectionate, curious in the softest way, and happiest when she’s pressed right up against you. Personal space? Not her thing. If she wants to be loved on, she will absolutely climb into your lap and politely insist. And honestly? You won’t argue.
She’s calm. She’s sweet. She’s wonderfully set in her routines. She’s protective in that quiet, loyal way that only a dog who has deeply bonded knows how to be. She’s great with other dogs, but truthfully? Her favorite thing is just being near her person.
