Merlin comes to us as an owner surrender. He is a bowling ball of a frenchie at just under 40 lbs. He is social and a total lover. He loves pets and people and gets along fine with other dogs. Merlin broke his elbow as a puppy and has a permanent limp but it hasn’t impacted his play and how he gets around. Merlin is fully vaccinated and hw negative. We recently found out he has a grade four heart murmur and is not a candidate for surgery, therefor he cannot be neutered. He is not symptomatic at this time and does not need meds or a cardiology referral but that could happen in the future. We are going to be looking for a forever foster or extremely qualified adopter for him. It is incredibly important Merlin us will taken care of and not put into situations he could get hurt and need surgery. He also MUST remain on heartworm prevention as he would not survive heartworm treatment. Merlin cannot be bred and will not be allowed in a home with other unaltered pets.
