Born in February 2025, Otto is a sweet, shy puppy mill survivor who is just beginning to learn what it means to feel safe, loved, and at home. He’s gentle, affectionate, and utterly devoted to the people he trusts.
 
Otto is good with cats, kids, and other dogs — though he’s still learning how to approach new friends and situations. Socialization is a work in progress, and he’ll need a patient family to help him grow confident at his own pace.
 
This little guy is happiest right by your side — sitting on or next to you, following you around, and soaking up every cuddle. All Otto really wants is love, cozy naps, and a safe space where he can feel completely at ease.
 
With patience, consistency, and gentle encouragement, Otto will blossom into a confident, loyal companion who will love his family with all his heart. 💛
