Patsy comes to us as an owner surrender. She is a beautiful corgi who is learning a whole new way of life. She is a little shy and reserved but is gaining more confidence every day. Patsy is good in a crate and gets along with other dogs. She would prefer a female owner and can be very hesitant to trust males. She will need a very patient adopter while she warms up to her new environment.
