Samuel Edward (Eddie)
 
Eddie is an energetic, one year old, 22 lb (and growing), black Tri and he is one of the smartest dogs we have fostered. Eddie came to us as a scrawny, frenetically ravenous, non-house trained and undisciplined dog.  
One week later, he has mastered house training, learnt how to use the dog door (by himself!), learnt basic commands and become a much calmer dog; it does help that he is food motivated due to previously being significantly under fed.
Eddie is extremely affectionate and loves snuggles and fuss. He has struggled with separation anxiety but as is typical of his learning curve, he improves daily. 
Eddie has recently discovered the art of playing and has become a fast learner of fetch with a tennis ball. He loves his morning walks and went from walking in circles to being great on the leash. Eddie enjoys hard cheese chews, snuffle mats and tug toys. He sleeps in his crate at night without a peep and is great with kids.
