Every STAR has a story — and this one starts at a pet store. STAR came to us as an owner surrender after being purchased from Petland for over $6,000 (yes, six thousand dollars) — plus interest. Just one week later, her owners realized an Aussie puppy was a lot (fair), and instead of keeping her, they did the one thing right: they chose rescue.
 
Now, STAR is ready to shine in a home that truly understands what it means to raise a working-breed pup. She’s a 3-month-old standard Aussie, though she’s already the size of a 5-6 month old and growing into those long legs like a champ.
 
STAR is a total goofball — full of Aussie energy, puppy mischief, and big main character vibes. She loves squeaky toys, chewies, and playtime with her dog friends (big or small, she thinks she’s the biggest). Cuddles? Maybe later. Right now she’s booked and busy living her best life — running, bouncing, and occasionally pretending she’s part mountain goat.
 
✅ Potty training is in progress — she heads to the back door like a pro
✅ Sleeps in her crate (best after a day of action)
✅ Knows “sit” for food and treats — “stay” and “stop” are still under review 😅
 
She’s smart, sassy, and stunning — and she’s looking for a home that’s ready for the real Aussie experience: high energy, high drive, and a heart full of love (after playtime, of course).
