Valerie, or Val, as we call her, came to us as an owner surrender. She’s working so hard to get adjusted to people. When she first came in she was very skittish and would run away at the sight of people. She has made a ton of progress and will now come up for pets and is walking great on a leash! When she really opens up and gets comfortable she is a super energetic dog who will get the zoomies around the yard. Val will need an owner who is patient and understanding about her hesitation with humans and someone with a big yard for her to release her energy. Another playful will socialized dog in the home is ideal!!
